Learn how to make your own raw chocolate at home! Using Coconut sugar rather than refined sugar, and using raw cacao powder it means you get all the benefits of the powerful antioxidants in chocolate without any of the added rubbish!

An introduction to one of the oldest holistic healing systems in the world. Developed thousands of years ago in India, we will be looking at how this system can help us in our day to day lives and health.

Basics of Healthy Eating
This workshops will cover basic changes you can make to your diet to help make it healthier! We will cover things like how to cook certain items, like quinoa etc. and easy ways to incorporate more fruit and veg into your diet.

Revamp your Breakfast
We all know how important it is to start the day with a good breakfast, so in the workshop we will be looking at ways to make your breakfast tastier, more exciting and also ensure it has all the nutrients you need to get you through your day. We will be making chia puddings, overnight oats and cashew yoghurt & more!

Menopause and diet
We will be looking at ways in which small changes to your diet can help with reducing symptoms of menopause. Tori of Shanti Hands will also be jioing us to explore ways in which aromatherapy and certain yoga positions can help relieve symptoms also.
